We stand by all the systems that we install. Therefore, when you need maintenance or repair for your facilities, you can simply submit the service request form below and a technician from NC Sound will assist you as soon as possible.
You can rest assured your request is given the time and attention it deserves; our requests are managed by a service-based software package that allows you to input a service ticket into our system in real time. Once the form below is completed, an email is sent immediately to our service manager, and it generates a service order in our system. This ensures the fastest possible notification of your request and that your request is tracked and completed.
